Modern apartment with its own sauna

The house with the apartment is in a quiet side street with no through traffic. You only share the entrance with the landlord, otherwise you are alone in the annex. It almost feels like a holiday home. This modern apartment is located on the first floor of an extension of the half-timbered house shown. The apartment is equipped with a dining area with corner bench and table. From here you can reach all other rooms: these include a kitchen with fitted kitchen, microwave and everything you need. The large bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe. The small bedroom with a double bed and a roll wardrobe. The two beds have a standard size of 180x200cm. The bright living room, with flat screen TV (SAT) and DVD player. To relax there is a cozy corner couch. After the kitchen you come into the large bathroom. Here you have a sauna, a shower and a washing machine. The apartment has gas floor heating. You alone determine your temperature in the apartment. The apartment also has Internet access (WLAN). On request, we can provide you with a baby / cot and a high chair. The only disadvantage, if you look at it that way, is the fact that the floorboards creak a little. Since there is an expansion in an old building, it is unfortunately unavoidable. If you have problems with this, you can switch to apartment A3, if it is also available. The expansion is somewhat new and has been made better in this regard, so that the floorboards do not creak here. You have a permanent parking space for a car. Otherwise there are enough parking spaces 50 and 250 meters away. There is a playground for the little ones just 300 meters away. Schalkau is located on the southern edge of the Thuringian Forest in the 'Schaumberger Land vor dem Wald'. In the south you have the Franconian hills and in the north the Thuringian Forest. The famous Samba-City Coburg is only about 15 minutes away by car. There are many hiking and cycling tours in the area. In addition, a number of museums, such as the Toy Museum in Sonneberg, the Gold Museum near Rauenstein u. V. M. You can also visit some interesting ruins. For friends of relaxation there are several spas in the near and far, z. B. Masserberg and Staffelstein. Even winter sports enthusiasts are not neglected, since there are the summer toboggan runs in Waffenrod and Ernstthal, and of course well accessible ski areas, e.g. B. the ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach.
