ARRIVALS Guests arriving between the hours of 9am – 2pm can check-in with the friendly onsite team member. Please provide a copy of your confirmation and allow our team member to sight your driver’s license or passport to verify your identity. ARRIVALS - AFTER HOURS To check-in outside of the above hours, please follow the after-hours instructions by the intercom. Our after-hours team will verify your booking information and open the reception door. They will provide you with a lockbox number and code where you will find your room keys on the desk by the elevator. BOND A AU$200.00 security deposit is required per booking. Should any incidentals occur, the credit card used to book will be charged within 14 days of check-out. As an added security measure we require all guests to provide their government issued photo ID number and expiry dates to their host prior to arrival. We respect your privacy and securely destroy this information after your stay. Parking No parking is available onsite however there is parking available around the corner on Grenfell Street at Rundle Mall as well as Wilsons carpark across the road.
