This unique location guarantees tranquility, relaxation or active recreation. The private accommodation was opened in the 18th century. It was built in the 13th century and henceforth resident huntsmen lived in it. In the years 1997/98 it was completely renovated and expanded. The brook "Flössel" flowing through the grounds creates a pleasant climate and provides relaxation and strength at the same time. The lake, fed by spring water, invites brave people to bathe. In the winter, the Waldhaus is the ideal starting point for ski hikes through the surrounding forests in the "Mittellausitzer Bergland" landscape conservation area.
