Entire lower level of spacious country home overlooking pond on 40+ acres. Unit has private entrance and includes two bedrooms, one bath, exercise room and family/game room with small refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker. Sofa in family room makes out into a queen size sleeper. Large patio with outdoor table and seating, equipped with gas grill. We are in the country, but close to town. We often have deer, Canadian geese and other wildlife on the property. Guests are free to walk around the property. We try to keep a path mowed along the pond for walking and fishing. We have a couple of fishing poles you may borrow if you would like to try your luck at fishing in our pond. Fishing is catch and release. We have coffee from Ozark Coffee, a local favorite, and light breakfast items, like instant oatmeal and granola bars. Fridge has bottled water. My husband and I live on the main level of the home, so please just let us know if you need anything. We love to sit on the front porch in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Feel free to come join us. We enjoy visiting with our guests and getting to know them, but understand if you want a little time to yourself. We are less than 5 miles from the Missouri State Fairgrounds and historic downtown Sedalia. We are less than a mile from a golf driving range.
