On the sea, between Rome and Naples, terme15km, supermarket and restaurant under cas

Mine is a family home, built by my father in 1970 and inherited and renovated in 2013. It is located in an area that is only 150 km from Rome and 79 from Naples. Cities that can be reached comfortably by train, starting from the nearby station of Minturno -Scauri, from where a train leaves every hour and the ticket to Rome, round trip, costs only € 14 It is an area with an enviable climate because it does not never too cold or too hot. The mountains behind us cover us from the north winds and the sea breeze breaks the heat of summer. Also from here you can reach many places, beyond Rome and Naples. For example: the nearby Formia with the port where ferries leave for the Pontine islands; you can go to the abbey of Montecassino, to the caves of Pastena, to Pompeii, etc. Without forgetting that in Minturno there are the remains of an amphitheater and an ancient Roman aqueduct, a museum and the Bourbon hanging bridge over the Garigliano river. You can reach nearby Gaeta which has splendid churches and the "split mountain" that deserve to be visited; Sperlonga, medieval village with its magnificent beach and still many places. In addition, the spas can be combined with the sea, in fact, only 15km away are the famous Suio spas since ancient times.
