Westham Dairy Circa 1830 Located on the historic and pet friendly, Westham Estate, established in 1830 and pre-dating the discovery of gold in Bathurst in 1851. Westham Estate has 3 separate accommodation options: Westham Farmhouse Circa 1830 (4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people) and Westham Dairy Circa 1830 (1 bedroom, sleeping up to 2 people) Westham Barn Circa 2000 (3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people) This option, Westham Dairy Circa 1830, is a converted dairy, offering a studio style, one bedroom, relaxed, romantic country escape. Westham Dairy Circa 1830 features include: • the comfort of underfloor heating in the bathroom and bedroom/living to keep you snug as a bug in a rug all winter • the cool insulation of extra thick, nearly 200 year old walls, for the warmer weather • a covered deck to dine alfresco while enjoying the classic country views • modern kitchen with electric oven, cooktop, microwave oven, under bench fridge and coffee machine • bedroom/living with queen size bed, flat screen TV and desk • bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and laundry tub (if you need to do a quick hand wash) • FREE WI FI INTERNET connection details will be supplied with arrival information but the internet signal doesn't reach inside the dairy yet. The modem is located inside the farm house and can be connected to outside the dairy. We are working to boost the signal strength but don't have a time-frame for completion yet.
