The holiday villas in a country style each have their own outdoor area and are a few hundred metres apart, ensuring sufficient privacy during your stay. In addition to the private outdoor area belonging to each villa, all guests have access to the nature park. The owners live on site. Upon arrival, guests collect the key from the owners and are accompanied to their holiday accommodation. The owners speak Italian, French, English and Dutch and are happy to help with planning and arranging trips and wine tours, a dinner at your villa prepared by a top chef, or a spaghetti meal cooked by the owners’ son. Due to the size of the property, shops are located at different distances to the individual villas. About 1-4 km from each of the villas there are a restaurant, pizzeria, small supermarket, butcher, fruit shop, tobacco shop, ATM and bar. The famous Tuscan tourist destinations are less than an hour away, with Lucca and Pisa about an hour and a half away. The property is located about 2km from the owner’s house. The holiday house can accommodate large groups of up to ten people, with ample room for social togetherness, as well as private retreats. It provides four bathrooms with their own bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and two living rooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor, all the other rooms are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas stove, oven and dishwasher, and its dining table for three to four people makes it possible to eat here. However, there is also the dining room, where ten people can sit comfortably at a gigantic dining table. The large arched windows provide a beautiful backdrop when dining, looking towards the Pratomagno mountain chain. One of the living rooms provides a seating area, fireplace and television, for sociable evenings with a nice glass of wine. It also has a small niche with a computer. The other living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a table for four people. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and has its own bathroom. The wide stairs in the entrance hall lead up to the first floor, where the other three bedrooms are located. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has its own bathroom. In two of the bedrooms it is possible to add a supplementary bed. The outdoor area is available for the exclusive use of the guests. The fenced garden of around 4600m² features an abundance of fragrant flowers and bushes. This provides the beautiful setting for the 10 x 5m pool, with entrance steps, that was refurbished at the start of 2014.
