This stunning home features three bedrooms, main with a queen bed, second bedroom with a queen and 1 set of bunks and bedroom 3 with a queen. All rooms have a cupboard and/or a set of draws. Two bathrooms with shower and vanity and one with a toilet. The combined kitchen, dining and living is located at the front of the property to take advantage of the stunning views and is fully equipped with electric cooking and a wood heater for you to laze the days away with a book, while the guys head out fishing and the kids play in the living area with electric heating, TV, DVD player and stereo. If you're visiting in the summer outside features a BBQ, outdoor setting and a great under cover decking around half of the house. Just a short walk across the road to the beach and a short drive to the CBD, See the Sea is the ideal beach side holiday house. *Seasonal rates apply. Advertised nightly rate is for 4 guests. A guest surcharge of $25 per guest per night above 4 guests applies. All bookings have a one off $35 booking fee applied by PSHS. We require a proof of vaccination for COVID19 for any guest over the age of 16, a copy of driver's license's of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed. Keys will not be issued inless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel? In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee. What happens if the Government restrictions affect my booking because the guests reside in different addresses, and I decide to no longer take my booking as not all the guests can come along?
