Back deck area for smoking if needed This Airbnb has a private bathroom, private kitchen, and is a short distance upstairs. This place is very centrally located in the city of Olean. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Coffee Netflix/ WiFi Cable can be provided for a fee. Close to the Allegany River, Several convenience stores and restaurants. Rieds food barn is just a few blocks away. Driveway is shared with the downstairs airbnb. To leave space for the other guests please park on the left side of the driveway. Leave keys to the Airbnb in lock on door when you leave. There is a laundry space that is shared between guests in the other airbnb below as well as the cleaners. Please be aware that we have maintenance and cleaners that may stop by at times to grab garbage that is outside or to clean the other spaces. We just ask that you please try to switch the laundry out so nothing is left sitting.
