WE'VE GOT (a) ROOM FOR YOU!

YOU'VE GOT A BUILT-IN DESK AREA WITH SHELVES, A CLOSET, AN ADDITIONAL BOOKCASE WITH MORE STORAGE (as well as a bookcase headboard) & A FULL BATHROOM which MAY be shared if there is another guest. You have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, back yard, & laundry room. There's a twin bed with a Tempurpedic mattress topper and additional pillows and bedding as needed. If there's anything else you need that you don't see, please ask & I will do my best to accommodate you. There is a large window with great lighting, ceiling fan, two overhead lights (one by built-in desk area). Nice space. Access to all common areas though occasionally shared by me, but I will try to stay out of your way which shouldn't be very difficult! You may use the kitchen, dining room, backyard, front yard, living room and den-like living space off the kitchen. Washer and dryer available for use as needed. I've lived here for eleven years now. It's safe and our neighbors are friendly. There is plenty of on-street parking, usually right in front of the house.
