Entire Floor @ St Cath's Cottage, Wynnum by the Bay

Welcome to St Cath's Cottage, our home by the bay! By renting the entire floor your group of up to eight people will have exclusive access to all three apartments on the first floor of this recently renovated cottage-come-three-storey house. You will also have access to the outdoor entertaining area, pool and backyard. The space The two-bedroom apartment includes: two bedrooms, bathroom, and open plan kitchen, living and dining space with a small outdoor patio. Studio A includes: queen-size bed, open plan kitchenette, living and dining space, bathroom and small outdoor patio. Studio B is similar to the other studio with a slightly different layout. A travel cot and highchair is available on request. The open plan kitchen, living and dining space in each apartment includes everything you need in a home away from home: including air-conditioning, ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi, Stan, and Netflix. Guests have access to our large outdoor entertaining area, which includes multiple seating areas, bbq, swimming pool and backyard with play equipment. There is also a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer downstairs. Guest access The space is accessed via the front gate or from the car spaces under the house (please note the apartments are located on the first floor via one flight of stairs). Guests have exclusive use of the apartments with secure parking for up to three cars available under the house. There is additional parking on the street outside the house if you have more cars or need to park a boat. You will have shared access to the laundry, deck, swimming pool and backyard. Our family of four lives on the top floor of the house so we are available if you have any questions however we will also respect your privacy.
