Located just two blocks from the American Club resort, this home is conveniently within walking distance to everything the Village has to offer. This apartment feels like a secret attic loft, though it is light and airy. It sits high above street level among the many trees almost like being in a resort treehouse! One can sip coffee while enjoying the peaceful quiet from the living room or the kitchen table. It is updated with quartz counter tops, new cabinets, and high-end appliances. You will be set to heat up take out or cook up a gourmet meal. Baker furniture, previously a Kohler Company, can be found throughout the unit. A private side door entrance takes you to the enclosed stairs leading upstairs. It has been modernized with amenities such as: Electronic keypad locks Closet organizers Washer/dryer LED lighting Kohler fixtures Small airing porch 55" Smart TV Outdoor living space-table and grill Upper unit has two bedrooms and a nice size bathroom with shower. Approximately 700 square feet. NOTE: To keep rates low for singles and couples, I have added a nominal per guest fee for more than two guests merely to cover increased cleaning and laundry fees. Conveniently, this house is within walking distance to all the amenities the Village of Kohler has to offer: The American Club, Kohler Company, Kohler Design Center, Woodlake Market, the Shops at Woodlake, and Kohler Sports Core. It is a very short drive to Blackwolf Run and Whistling Straits Golf Courses, some of the best golf in the Midwest, home to several PGA Championships and the 2020 Ryder Cup. Nearly everything is within walking distance. Blackwolf Run Golf course is a 2-3 minute drive and Whistling Straits Golf Course is about a 10 minute drive on the country back roads. There is a lovely guest book to sign and comment on your stay! Plus, a simple checkout list, some local menus and pamphlets on current happenings in the area as well as a Kohler Bomber discount card for use during your stay which gets you 10% off all groceries at Woodlake Market as well as discounts at the local shops.
