This suite is located at Very Bright walk-out basement with a separate entrance in this split-level building of Timber Frame house nestled on a 1.69 acres of land. Enjoy relaxing in the tree-lined yard and beautiful garden, listen to the sounds of nature. Watching Canada geese in front pond. Spending your summer time, sometimes watch swans on front pond. Skiing on the adjacent golf course or around back yard in winter. Bring your firewoods to enjoy fire pit/BBQ. This entire home with a very bright space of 980 sq.ft with a separate entrance, directly walk out to the beautiful yard. This full lower level of space including a bedroom suite with a bathroom and an open/spacious space with a living area, eating area, eat-in cooking area with high stools, the billiard room with a day bed. single washer, dryer, hair dryer, billiard table, 58" TV. In the limited, well-designed cooking area, we have one induction double cooktop, pans, pots, dishes.... The cooking area with a advanced duct-free range hood which provides faster smoke & odour removal. In another area, we have Espresso coffee maker, oven, microwave, big refrigerator. We put sink in the area between bed room and bath room. My wife's handmade soap was provided for guests. Me, my wife and my son live in main level. I will assist you to check in.. Guests can walk around all the yards. Guests can bring their firewood to enjoy firepit / BBQ. We will assist check-in to make sure everything is ok. If assistance needed, guests can reach out to me. It's a country farm town, lots of farmer markets in town. 5-8 mins away from shopping center, Metro, Longo's, No Frills in Main St. of Stouffville and Walmart in the plaza of Canadian tire. 30 mins to Lake Simcoe. Hiking on the Stouffville Conservation Area (located at the end of McCowan Rd., 5.8 km away from there). 10 mins to Main Street Stouffville to enjoy supermarket and foods. 35 mins away from Toronto Pearson Airport. 25 mins away ftom Finch Subway station. 13 mins away from GO train station at Main Street of Stouffville . 8 mins away from Hwy 404
