SOFT PEACH BEDROOM IN GREAT HOUSE

This listing is for our "Soft Peach Bedroom" which is a nice size room with a full size bed, on the 3rd Floor. We have recently added a singe bed to the room (not pictured here yet). There is a full bathroom with shower on this floor as well. The 3rd floor is generally the more private of our 2 floors. We also have larger bedrooms under "other listings for this location". If you are interested in some of the other rooms, please inquire or make your reservation under the specific room you would like to be in. We have a wonderful, welcoming home with 5 bedrooms (4 that are available now), 3 bathrooms, wifi, a back deck and front porch for relaxing and having breakfast in the morning, easy street parking and we are 1 block from the train station (20 minutes to Center City, Philadelphia). We have a fireplace to warm your toes by (if you are here in the Winter) , and Central Air conditioning in the Summer...and if you like yoga, we offer a Sunday morning class in our 3rd floor meeting room. There are also several local yoga studios in the area. There is a quaint, lovely, cafe nearby and several wonderful restaurants as well as a great diner modeled after the 50's within walking distance. OTHER LISTINGS: These are all under "other listings under this location": Bedroom prices vary from $70 to $85. Our bathroom on the 3rd Floor has a claw foot tub and full shower. Our bathroom on the 2nd floor is also a claw foot tub with a hand held shower. The largest bedroom ( which we call The "Guest "Room) has a queen size bed and a full size futon couch. The" Peach" room (this listing) has a full size bed (and a recently added single bed). The "Sun" Room has a single bed and a small couch (mostly for reading and relaxing) with an additional chair in the room and The "Reading" Room has a full size pull out couch. Bathrooms are shared unless you are the only guest on that floor . We also have a beautiful indoor/outdoor bengal kitty. If you are looking for a comfortable, cozy place to be after your travels in and around Philadelphia, you'll like it here. We are on the border between Elkins Park and East Oak Lane..close to Temple University, Arcadia University, Fox Chase and Abington Hospital. Coffee, tea, cereal (hot and cold) and fruit always available.
