Okiwi Bay is a peaceful seaside settlement situated just over one hour from Nelson or Blenheim. A fabulous spot with a friendly atmosphere for family and friends. Renowned for its access to excellent fishing in the Marlborough Sounds. Catseye Cottage sleeps 8 comfortably, with two queen bedrooms and another bedroom with four single beds. It has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The house has an bright open plan living area with a log burning fire and plenty of firewood. It is well equipped for family groups or friends with comfortable beds, modern appliances, plenty of fridge and freezer space, a washing machine and drier, and a 6 burner gas BBQ for those summer evenings. The living area is open plan with access through 2 sliding double doors to the porch which has views to the sea. There is plenty of off street parking for cars and boats and a wash down area, with a stainless steel fish filleting cleaning area with running water. There is plenty of room to wash down the boats and gut all the fish you catch with the boat ramp 30 seconds drive away. Okiwi Bay is well serviced with recycling, petrol and a shop.
