The Private Apartment on the corner of the third floor in the Captain's House has excellent views of the harbor and a private outside deck. It has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed in the living room, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a shower and bath. The apartment is air conditioned, and is furnished with a television and kitchen essentials for your convenience. It's the perfect option for extended stays. There are two restaurants on the premises, in addition to shared spaces to lounge and enjoy the views. You may use the lawn area, Lookout Room, lobby and wrap around porches during your stay. Coffee is provided each morning. There is plenty to observe being next to a working harbor! And lots of water activities to enjoy nearby. Please check in at the lobby upon arrival. We will do all we can to accommodate you during your stay. Our historic seaside inn is located in a small fishing and boating village on a rural peninsula. It's the perfect location to discover Maine's scenic coast, working harbors, and culturally-rich Rockland and Camden areas. The East Wind is about a 90-minute drive from the Portland, ME airport. You will likely want to drive here or rent a car so you can explore mid-coast Maine. The Knox County airport is also nearby and offers hopper flights. Breakfast is included with your reservation!
