Vilavala: Nestling in fragrant green pines above sparkling blue Aegean waters

A traditional architecture, stone constructed house totalling 138 square meters. It is a two stories house consisting of three spacious bedrooms and WC upstairs and sitting room, kitchen and WC, downstairs and an outside WC.. The “Vilavala” can sleep 6 up to 8 persons. The house is surrounded by large outside verandas, on different levels, of more than 200 square meters. It is built on the bank of one of the most marvellous bays of Alonnisos with blue and turquoise clean and crystal clear seawaters. It is situated amongst pine trees (pinus halepensis), olive threes and cared for original Mediterranean vegetation. Since the villa is built on a large olive grove where the only other house is some distance away its secluded position secures total privacy to the residents. The surrounding landscape conveys the feeling of inner tranquillity while the views over the blue waters below extend all the way to the “gates” of the Marine Park (the protected, for the Monk seals, area).
