This is a lovely private bedroom and bath in Saginaw Township. We are in a quiet, safe neighborhood which has easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. We are close to hospitals, Dow Chemical, and SVSU. Arts & Entertainment in the area includes the Saginaw Art Museum, the Dow Event Center, Kokomo's Entertainment Center, the Temple Theatre and the Art Gallery. Long term guests have full use of kitchen/laundry room. Our home is a ranch and the Airbnb rooms are located away from the main living area (split-level design). We have a spacious yard with seating and a long driveway with room for you to park your car. Long term guests have full use of the kitchen, short term guests are welcome to use the fridge and our snack corner which includes a microwave, toaster, coffee and tea service. We also have a wonderful deck/yard. Washer and Dryer are available if you need to run a load of laundry! We want you to be comfortable and happy while you are here and do our best to accommodate. We are happy to answer questions, provide assistance when possible and we love meeting new people, but we won't get in your way while you are our guests. We are nestled in a subdivision that is quite small, very quiet with little traffic and quite safe. People enjoy evening strolls, walking their dog and jogging here. Shopping and dining are right around the corner and crossing to the other side of town for more is simple because our location provides easy access! Two popular entertainment venues within easy driving distance are the Dow Event Center (10 min) and Midland Center for the Arts (25 min). Another attraction is the quaint town of Frankenmuth with Bronner's Christmas store, many festivals and unique shopping. We are also about 15 minutes from Birch Run Outlets (shopping). We are perfectly situated near highways to take you to Midland and Bay City, close to hospitals (St. Mary's, Covenant), SVSU, the mall, restaurants and shopping. For students, business or vacationers, our location is ideal. We are also close to public transportation. There is Uber in the area!
