The property is partially fenced. The distance to the beach is about 12 km. The village centre with restaurants, markets and the post office is approx. 1.5 km away. Shopping centers are located in Loule, Olhao, Tavira, Faro, Albufeira and Portimao. In the centre of Vilamoura there is a beautiful beach with water skiing and other sports activities. Vilamoura also has a large golf park with a golf school and a marina worth seeing with many restaurants, bars and shops. The Algarve has its own charm all year round. A car is required when renting the holiday home. The road is well paved so that it is easily accessible.
