Private room #2 with refrigerator inside the room

My wife and I just bought the house. We are the first owner. The house is 5 bedrooms (but we are only renting out 3 bedrooms), 2-storey with a huge backyard. The house have outdoor cameras, 2 cameras indoor (public areas such as living room downstairs, and gameroom upstairs) for our safety. We will give you the privacy you need and we will provide a temporary pin to our door, so you don’t even need to wait for us during check-in. The H Urban Retreat has 3 bedrooms available for rental. Each listing is for one room. One bedroom can have up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 kid. We also have extra rollaway bed (twin size) if needed. $10 extra for the the rollaway bed or for the 3rd guest whichever applies. It will be automatically applied during booking, so pls put the correct number of guests upon booking or mention if you need the extra bed. You are renting 1 private bedroom, but shared bathroom and shared living room on the second floor of the house. We do not allow pets, we do not allow use of our kitchen, garage, bar, and office are off limits (you are not allowed to go). We let you use our laundry for free, but if we see that you are not following our rules, we can revoke your privilege anytime. There's one full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. Self check-in, and self check-out. I prefer the communication to stay on airbnb, but for emergency you can contact me via text, or you can ask me in person as well. We have a medium size dog! It is in the listing and photo, but i just want to repeat it here to make sure you know what to expect. He is a pomsky (Pomeranian- husky mixed), he barks when first time meeting guest(s), but he is a sweet dog and he doesn’t make a lot of noises. He is potty trained and trained not to go upstairs, unless someone calls him to go there.
