Lakefront home w/ downstairs game room & 2 kayaks

Enjoy a family getaway in our newly furnished and updated lake front home overlooking beautiful Lake Palestine! We have two kayaks for you to use and a large downstairs game room with a shuffle board, large connect four, pac man, giant jenga, foosball, a tv, beverage cooler and wet bar. We also have disk golf and horse shoes for use in the back yard. We have selected the most comfortable beds, bedding and pillows to assure you will have a great nights sleep while relaxing in our home! Leave behind your worries and embark on a memorable lakefront adventure! Walk in the front door into a generous living room with a fireplace and large windows overlooking Lake Palestine. To the left you will find the master bedroom with a comfy king bed and large bathroom with his and hers vanities. To the right you will find the guest bathroom and two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has two single beds. One of the guest bedrooms has a window that provides great views of the lake. Cook to your heart’s content in the kitchen with ample counter space. Step downstairs to the spacious walk out basement with plenty of games and a wet bar. There is a propane grill on the back porch for use. For boaters: Boat launch is only a few houses down and free to use. Tie your boat up on the dock at the house for easy access during your stay. Kayaks: We have two kayaks available for you to venture out on the lake with. Outdoor space: We have a charcoal grill (we do not supply the charcoal), gazebo, boat dock and a fire pit in the back yard for you to use. Indoor space: Plenty of room in the house for everyone when you are done enjoying the outside. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Dishes, pots, pans silverware, cups, plates, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, coffee, hot chocolate and cooking utensils. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster oven. Game room: There is a wet bar, mini fridge, Connect Four, Foosball, Shuffleboard, Ticktacktoe, Jenga, PacMan and a small TV downstairs. WIFI: WiFi is available throughout the house. Washer/dryer: There is no washer and dryer available for use. Lake conditions: Please be advised we do not have control over the volume of flying insects outdoors as they vary depending on the weather. After rainy storms the mosquitos enjoy the lake front as much as we do. Please be sure to bring your bug spray with you. Outdoor security cameras in front and in back of house. We do not keep the security cameras on during your stay. The entire property. I am available by phone or text. The neighborhood is old and unique, nevertheless it is peaceful and safe.
