Modern and comfortable equipped our holiday home is located directly below the Granetalsperre in a very quiet location and invites you to relax, cycling, hiking, skiing and a total of a great holiday. The apartment consists of a living room, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher on the ground floor and a bedroom and a full bath with bathtub upstairs. The basement also has a washing machine and a pool table. In addition, there is a seating area in front of the house, which is suitable for sunbathing, barbecues and lingering. The apartment is ideal for two people. On request, we can provide extra beds for a further two persons. It is a self-catering house, with towels and bed linen provided. If you arrive late in the evening, we offer you the possibility to fill the fridge once for you after a purchase list. Feel free to contact us. The nearest supermarket is five minutes away by car in Langelsheim. In Goslar you can reach a variety of restaurants and bars. Directly in front of the house is a parking lot on the private grounds, which can be used free of charge. Possibilities Skier and bicycles lockable are given. A drying room is also available. We as a landlord live in the immediate vicinity, so that we can help you at any time with advice and act. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Due to the narrow spiral staircase in the upper floor, the apartment is not suitable for disabled and not suitable for small children.
