The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, and several other helpful appliances, plus, cupboards stocked with everything you will need. The space is rounded out with a cozy seating area, shaded patio, a smart TV and WiFi. We are perfectly located just outside the perimeter on wooded property. When you step out the back door of your studio apartment, you’ll have the allure of a mountain retreat. In reality, you are just minutes from downtown and all that Athens has to offer! We have a partiality fenced in back yard stocked with a climbing dome, toddler size slide, and play kitchen for the kiddos. Our long back patio is the perfect place for parents to sit and relax while the kiddos ride bikes or scooters. We live on site and can be available as needed, but we value our guests’ privacy. This is our family home, so we may be around relaxing, playing or working ourselves. Our home is situated on a quiet dead end street on the Westside of Athens. We are less than a mile from a playground, less than 3 miles from a beautiful park and less than 5 miles from restaurants, grocery stores and any other establishment you might need. The best way to get around is by personal vehicle, uber or lyft. There is a bus stop approximately 1 mile from our home.
