Enjoy a relaxing ground floor 1 bdm apartment (a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law), with Queen bed and cozy Queen sleeper in Winthrop. Beautiful views up and down the Chewuch River. A Butler’s pantry allows basic cooking. Easy walk to downtown with restaurants, microbrewery and ski trails. Moon River Suite is a one-bedroom suite,with a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, and a separate Queen bedroom. There is a butler's kitchen which allows for some nice simple meal preparation-with microwave, toaster/oven, drip coffee maker and kitchen sink. Features include cable TV, air conditioning, private fenced patio with a river view and large bathroom with shower/bathtub combination RiverSong Suites is located at the edge of Winthrop as you head out to Pearrygin Lake. It is an easy stroll to everything Winthrop, especially our boardwalk shops and eateries. We have 2 galleries and a wonderful local book store...and so much more to explore. In addition, there are 2 charming walking suspension bridges to stroll across our rivers on. The one closest to RiverSong Suites takes you into a 9 acre oasis along the river for a great stroll. **Directions and lockbox code are available in the 1)Guest Resources Check In Instructions and the 2)House Manual which is available after your booking is confirmed. As a courtesy we send out the directions as well but, if for some reason you don't receive them, it is your responsibility to let us know the day BEFORE your reservation either by airbnb message, text or phone call and to access them in either of the 2 places listed above. **Should you have an issue with internet service please send us a message through the Airbnb system describing the problem. We will then contact you and if the issue is not resolved, we will then contact the internet provider. Please note... our valley is very rural and getting service personnel to fix things in a timely manner is a challenge. Your patience is required. We rent lodging, not office space. We do not guarantee that our internet service will meet work or school needs and no refunds will be given. Visitors should join locals and wear masks in public, practice social distancing, and enhanced hand washing protocol. We ask that you bring masks, disinfectant hand wipes, Purell, and/or gloves and keep them in your car for use when out and about. We have very limited supplies in our stores for you to purchase should you need any of the above. It is vitally important for you leave before 11 AM, so the cleaner can get in and do a thorough job for the next guests. There will be no late checkouts permitted. If it snows while here you will have to wait for plow service just like every other person in the valley. There are a limited number of plow companies and we can not make them show up any faster than they are able. They have many different contracts and many miles of roads, (Website hidden by Airbnb) plow. If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked. Your cooperation and patience are required especially after any significant snow accumulation.
