Luxury Apt Close to UBS Arena and JFk

Our Apt is a place that you will feel extremely welcomed in. Its always very clean -we pride ourselves on this and its extremely cosy. The living and dining areas are very spacious and our kitchen is fully stock with pots and pans, spices and we do provide some basic breakfast items on your arrival. Our coffee corner has coffee, teas, espresso and cappuccino. In the winters our central heating keeps you very cool and the summers have great fans to keep you cool. You'll have a lovely stay. This home is a great place to just relax! The area is very quiet aside from the regular New York day to day hustle and bustle..public transportation is within walking distance. The home is spacious and bright with beautiful hardwood floors, updated appliances, and lovely decor. Relax in the living room with a flat screen TV with cable, or enjoy a meal at home with a kitchen perfect for cooking and a large dining table. For our Business Travelers - we have a business area equipped with a desk lamp, laptop desk and an all in one printer - and we are very proud of our coffee corner which has a brewer. We also have a safe installed for our guest to keep their valuables - There are 2 cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed. The bathroom is beautifully updated with modern accents and a tub shower. The location is great! Trains are 4 minutes away and JFK airport is 8 to 12 minute cab ride. Ubers and Junos are always a 2 minute ride . They are plenty of restaurants in the area, minutes away, for your enjoyment. Please note we do charge for extra guest over 2 persons and we must let our guest know our home is located on the main street. Guest will have access to the entire apartment. Parking is available on the property and street parking is also quite easy. Guest privacy Will be respected. We will check in with you to make sure all is well. Please very important to remember that our check in time is 4.00pm - with so many different travel times please when booking confirm your time of arrival with me and we are very strict with our check out time at 11.00am. If you believe you will need a later check out time just speak to me and we can make time if available. In reference to cameras - the only camera on the property is the doorbell camera. The neighborhood is great - its a very quiet residential spot. Public Transportation is steps away and ubers are alway no more than 3 minutes away. If you are visiting Manhattan you will need to either get a cab or get on a train which is a 3 to 5 minute drive from the apartment. Manhattan is about 16 miles from the apartment. Taxi or Uber to Manhattan is approximately $55 There are several options for getting into Manhattan by public transportation and it takes about 45-60 minutes By subway: From the apartment you can take the Q84 bus or Taxi/Uber/Lift ($7-10) to the Jamaica Center E Subway station. From there it is less than 30 minutes to Manhattan Take the Q77 bus or Taxi/Uber/Lift to the F Subway 179 Street Station. The trip to Manhattan takes about 35 minutes By Train: The Locust Manor LIRR Train Station is about a 5 minute cab ride away. From there, the trip to Penn Station (34th St & 7th Ave) is less than 30 minutes Guest - please note that we do charge for extra guest so please when booking make sure you input the total amount of people that will be staying with you. Our check out time is very Strict 11.00AM - if a later check out time is needed please speak to me the day of booking via the platform.
