We are located in the Sutherland Shire! This is approx 20km from Sydney City Fully furnished self contained cottage! Great location in the Shire! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, queen bed, Tv, 3 seater sofa, parking spot, free Wifi. Separate entry! Short or long term stayz!!! We believe our space is perfect fo a couple. Maybe visiting the area for a special occasion or maybe the relatives have run out of spare rooms. Maybe you commute to work and need a longer stay. ( Check out the discounts ). You could be a mad NRL fan and if thats the case Sharkes Leagues Club is only 5 minutes away. We have a large backyard which is at your disposal during your stay. Other features: * 1 min walk to IGA supermarket * 2 min walk to Taren Point Hotel * 15-20 min walk to the newly renovated Westfield Miranda. * 30 min walk to Cronulla Beach Guest Access - The cottage has its own private entry and is away from the main house, which means you have complete privacy during your stay. Getting around- Street parking free of charge if you are using a car. Otherwise St George cabs or Uber are easy to organise. Miranda train station is only 2 km away which take you to Cronulla in 8 minutes or off to the city in 45 minutes. The 986 bus stops directly out the front of our place taking you into Miranda Westfield or the 477 bus runs more regularly taking you to Rockdale train station Im a true local of the Shire all my life Im more than happy to suggest things to do or see just let me know your interests!!!
