Mulberry Rise is in a beautifully quiet area of Percy Woods Country Park, in it's own space looking into a gorgeous wooded area. There is a covered terrace for those colder nights, when you want some protection and the Hot Tub sits just in front for your privacy and relaxation. The lounge and dining is open plan and it's designed for comfort with a touch of luxury and style. With large settee and additional chair there is plenty of seating for four. Mulberry Rise also benefits from central heating and an additional feature fire for those colder evenings. To make your relaxing experience complete there is a large flat screen TV with Freeview channels and free wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home away from home holiday, including fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, microwave and all cooking utensils. There is a washing machine too. There are two bedrooms, a double with en-suite and a twin room, both have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. The family bathroom has a full bath with shower over. Mulbery Rise is on Percy Woods which is a sought after park, with FREE golf for all guests, lots of walks around the park, together with a woodland walk into the village of Swarland. There is lots of wildlife and it's not unusual to see the odd Deer cross your path. Close to the historical Alnwick and Bamburgh Castles, beautiful beaches and the Island of Lindisfarne, it's a perfect base for you to explore the treasures Northumberland has to offer. There are plenty of mountain bike trails, woodland walks, and other leisure activities right on your doorstep. She's Pet Friendly, and perfect for couples, families or a group of friends who just want to kick back and relax on holiday.
