It is one of two houses on 20 acres surrounded by farmland. On a gravel dead end road with only 20 houses down the road. Very quiet. 12 miles to Bozeman and 30 to Big Sky. The two bedrooms (one queen and two singles) can be divided or used as one suite. The front queen bedroom is wheelchair friendly. The yard has huge old growth spruce and willow trees. It is completely fenced in. Outside seating and grill available with fire ring. Bring your own horse. Corral and trailer parking, even some pasture.... The house is not especially set up for children. Open front porch, linen on dining room chairs, hard edged coffee table, tipsy heavy side tables..... Please do not plan parties inviting additional people. The house is for 6 maximum. Thank you! You can use any area inside the fenced yard. Parking is in front of the yellow garage. There is a switch in the laundry room to turn off motion lights so everyone can enjoy the night sky. I am available via text (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We don't have a neighborhood. The nearest neighbor is a hayfield away. In that no one delivers food to the house, bring in your own pizza! This doesn't pertain. You must drive to the property and drive from the property. This is a rural area, plenty of trailheads nearby..... children over 10. not safe for young children. not set up for children. The house is set up for 6 guests maximum. 6 humans only. There are no parties and extra people coming to visit. Lots of restaurants and public lands to meet people and have gatherings. there is an event venue on property opening in june. 20 ppl max (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) barn. Due to guest allergies we do not allow animals in the house or yard.
