This cool & comfortable room with SHARE a bathroom with the corner room is centrally located. Minutes from the airport, shopping, malls and downtown Houston. Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen, Backyard, kitchen patio and front yard. Guest will have access to living room, kitchen, front yard & back yard. Hallway closet, Pantry and garage will be locked. Guests will not have access to the above mentioned places at any given time. Thank you for your corporation. I will be available to welcome my guests and make sure they are comfortable. After that I will be available at all times through phone and email. Great neighborhood, peaceful surroundings, minutes from all popular department stores, airport and many different restaurants to choose.For security I have also added 8 OUTDOOR CAMERAS AROUND THE HOUSE No smoking at all in any part of the house. Smoking is not allowed even in the backyard or the porch area or outside the front of the house... No eating at all in the bedroom as ants and cockroaches will come.
