With nearly 6 acres, a 3br main house, and a 2br guest house and a pool, you and your family/friends can enjoy a long weekend or extended stay in the beautiful Napa Valley! Running Rabbit Ranch is a very special property. It is nearly 6 acres (planted to Chardonnay) on a private flag lot with open views from the west to the northeast. It offers a great country feel, and a wonderful escape from everyday life. There is a lovely element of exclusion, while still being in close proximity to wineries, shops, and small wine country towns. Perfect walk to a creek, great places to run and hike. There is a 3,000 square foot main house with 3 bedrooms (including one bunk room appropriate for kids), 2 ½ baths, and a newly redone kitchen. Two game areas including 6 pinball machines, Ultracade (featuring over 100 video games), air hockey, bubble hockey and ping pong. 2 big screen televisions, DirectTV, Apple TV. Fireplace, washer, dryer, central airconditioning. Trellised deck with gas heaters. Then there is a 2,000 square foot beautiful new guest and pool house complex with 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, washer/dryer, indoor/outdoor bar area with Hawaiian style folding accordion doors. Large shower/pool changing room, work out room with treadmill, bike, weights. Outdoor shower. Beautiful outdoor furniture and entertainment areas indoors and out. Large sport pool including spa, beautiful landscaping and hardscaping surrounding the pool area. Outdoor gas fire pit. Large outdoor kitchen including pizza oven, substantial barbeque, refrigeration and sink. Beautifully landscaped grounds with large beautifully shaded area in front of the house, long grassy field with play structure behind guest/pool house, basketball court. Rose garden, citrus trees and garden with herbs for the chef and green thumb. Newly drilled well and purification system provides state of the art purified water. Free WIFI , Sonos Music System, and Direct TV. We will give our guests the privacy they need, but we are happy to set up a private chef, wine tours, etc. on request. Also, if you're staying for a long period of time, we can offer a weekly cleaning service as well. We love that our property is an hour drive from downtown San Francisco. It is close driving distance to downtown Napa, Yountville, Oakville and St. Helena. We love the beautiful vistas of the mountains, and the privacy that the property provides. Jacuzzi is heated year round as well as pool from May to September/ There is an additional charge to heat the large pool from October to April.
