Holiday lodge close to the stunning beaches of North Devon and Cornwall

Welcome to lodge number 85 or, as we know it, ‘The Shed’. Because the lodge is constructed of wood, friends thought it funny to re-name it and, endearingly, it has stuck. Far from the basics of a garden shed, it is a three-bedroom, comfortable and well-equipped lodge situated in a quiet corner of Hartland Forest holiday park overlooking the stunning North Devon countryside. Close to the beautiful sandy beaches of North Devon and Cornwall the lodge provides a base for a wonderful holiday. The lodge sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms. The master double bedroom with ensuite shower room and two further twin bedrooms and a second bathroom. Fresh bedding and towels are provided. The living area is spacious with open plan kitchen, dining area and comfy sofas to relax on, and sliding doors open onto the enclosed decking with outdoor seating for 6 people. If you have a Netflix account viewing is possible as The Shed is equipped with wi-fi and a 42-inch Samsung smart TV. If TV is not your thing, then enjoy the warm summer evenings sitting on the westerly facing decking watching the sunset as you enjoy one more cold drink. Your dogs are also welcomed to relax with you, enjoying the views. Guests at The Shed have free access to the two onsite private fishing lakes which are well stocked with Carp, Rudd, Bream and Tench. Situated a short walk from the lodge this is a beautiful area to while away time even if you are not a keen angler. If you would like a peaceful, relaxing holiday away from hurly-burly of everyday life yet close enough to explore everything this much-loved area has to offer, this is the place for you.
