Light 1st floor bedroom room with high ceilings, french doors & bathroom in restored circa1800 house. King size bed, bathroom, with shower, heated floors and towel warmer. Separate entrance so you can come and go. Coffee machine with selection of coffee, small fridge as well. This section of our newly renovated circa 1800 house is between the main house and the barn, so no one else will be coming through. It was designed as a separate space, access via the garden. This house and garden is also the home of young children. Quiet and appropriate behavior is most appreciated. First floor suite comprising of bedroom, private bathroom, private hall/entrance, access to garden. Happy to help as much as needed with directions to local places. Lots of walks, rail trail, great places to eat (Gibbett Hill Grill, Filho's), walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, wine shop, dry cleaners. Rail line to Boston runs from Ayer, MA a few miles away. While in Groton, walking, bicycles and cars are best way to get around.
