Family holiday fun at the beach

Two spacious fully furnished houses all under one roof in Central Pohara, lending itself to the perfect holiday escape for two families to gather and enjoy the sunshine. 2 min walk to the beach , superette, cafes and other amenities. Pohara boasts a safe swimming beach, tennis courts, cafes and more. A short drive to the local 9 hole golf course and ample walks within the Golden Bay area. A 10 min drive to the town of Takaka, where you have access to supermarkets, many shops and eateries Front House: Warm and sunny, two bedroom, one bathroom (shower over bath) with separate toilet. There is a spacious additional sun porch with two single beds adorned with books, games, puzzles and ample room for children to play. Open, fully equipped kitchen and living area with gas heating as needed. Back House: Spacious three bedroom house with a large living/dining area opening up into a neat fully equipped kitchen. Compact bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Wood burner for heating as needed. There is a shared laundry with a washing machine, tub and ironing facilities. There is a TV in the living room of each house. There is 1 high chair and 1 port-a-cot available for use Towels and sheets are not provided. Outdoors: Safe fenced property with off street parking. A large additional covered car port between houses for parking or undercover use. There is a BBQ and picnic tables for general use.
