💥Static caravan situated on a rural working farm in Cumbria💥 1 double bedroom with ensuite toilet, wardrobes and cupboard storage 1 twin bedroom with wardrobe and storage Fully equipped kitchen which has gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Spacious living area with pull out small double sofa bed, wifi, 32inch tv, dvd player with a selection of DVDs, Alexa and a gas fireplace. Main bathroom has a newly fitted toilet and sink with step in shower. Bed linen and towels are provided for the double bed and 2 single bed's, we kindly ask guests to fetch their own bedding for the sofa bed. Also for the use of our guests there is an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, electric fan, hoover, first aid kit and tumble drier which is located in the outdoor shed where guests can leave their wet jackets and boots. Bbq/log burner with full set of tools is available for our guests to use. A charcoal and log basket is available to buy from the house priced at £10. Please note due to safety reasons the bbq must not be moved from it's current location. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and kindly ask owners to keep them off the beds and sofas. These must be booked in at time of booking. We are located on a working farm in Hallbankgate, Northern Cumbria with the caravan situated away from all noise and buildings in it's own peaceful compound offering spectacular views over the Northern Pennines in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Local pub, shop and cafe is a 2 mile drive away with nearest Market town Brampton offering numerous shops, pubs and restaurants 5 miles away. 15 minute drive to Hadrian's wall Geltsdale and Talkin Tarn nature reserves are a 5 minute drive from us 50 minute drive to the Lake District
