This region of the world is home to the famous Seven Mile Miracle. Ke Nui 269 is a very spacious home and is situated right in the center of this miracle. With the notorious surf spot Gas Chambers right out front, Rocky point 100 yards to the right, and Pipeline 300m to the left, one can simply not ask for a better location looking out at the world’s best breaks. The house has been remodeled during the summer of 2018, repainted and refurnished so it is now even more stunning than before. The main floor has a big open kitchen, a dining area with seating for 10-12 people and a spacious lounge with ocean view. On this level, you will find a master bedroom with a queen size bed, private full bath with shower and bathtub, desk and closet. A nice guest powder room has been added to this floor. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a king size bed, full private bathroom, a walk-in closet, a big couch to relax and a wide desk overlooking the surf. This bedroom is the full width of the house and has spectacular views of the ocean. A lanai (hawaiian for balcony) also located in the master bedroom, has several comfortable chairs so our guests have a relaxing view of ocean and its sunsets. On the street side of the second level, there are three roomy bedrooms. The first one has a queen size bed, a private full bath, a walk-in closet, and a desk. The two remaining bedrooms have two twin size beds each. These two rooms share a spacious full bath. The garden includes four lounge chairs and has an outdoor shower and surfboard racks for your convenience. There is a direct beach access and the famous surf spots Backdoor, Pipeline, Rocky Point, Sunset Beach etc., are all within walking distance. On the outdoor covered deck there is a dining table with eight chairs. There is ample space for three cars to park on the street side and a garage with direct access to the house from the inside for your convenience. All rooms include powerful tall tower fans , creating a fresh , cool air feeling like the great outdoors!
