Luxury townhouse near downtown!

Hey everyone, I have a luxury townhouse near downtown Binghamton that I own and occupy. I am looking to rent out the finished basement that i will provide an air mattress in. Originally i was renting my spare bedroom but that is currently occupied with a long term house mate. I have theater room in the finished basement, bar, living room, fire pit and hot tub if guests want to use. The hot tub has been removed unfortunately so that’s no longer available to guests. Guests are welcome to my entire house. This is ideal booking for a quick over night stay or people traveling through. I am very available. You can call or text me anytime. I have a outdoor lock box for easy entry and exit for any guests. This house is close to downtown and the nearby colleges. As well as the busy vestal parkway and only about 10 minutes from the mall. Also close to Robot City arcade it is walking distance! Guests can park in my driveway or there is a shared parking lot next door. This listing is close to the bus lines if needed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to downtown Binghamton. 10 minute drive to Binghamton University. I have lock box outside for easy entry and exit to the property
