Located in the popular resort of Vale do Lobo, this lovely 2 bedroom townhouse comprises of a cosy patio with a plunge pool and a mezzanine level up to a games room. The surrounding areas are extremely peaceful, with gorgeous golden beaches, the famous 'Praca' (pronounced prassa), full of superb restaurants and bars, shops, seaside pools and much more within walking distance! Common areas: A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for you to create memorable meals for the whole family! There is also a door leading out to a small front patio. An extremely spacious and bright lounge, tastefully decorated, with a flat screen TV (UK channels, including SKY), a fireplace and patio doors leading to the terrace. The dining area, is connected to the lounge and can seat up to 6 people. There is also a spiral staircase leading up to a mezzanine level with a sofa bed (suitable for children) and a TV with a Nintendo Wii console, remotes and games. Bedrooms: Both twin bedrooms have embedded wardrobes and separate bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath. Outside: A cute patio with a plunge pool (which can be heated for £150 per week), a built in BBQ, a covered area with furniture and a couple of sunbeds. For families with small children, a pool fence can be provided for 40GBP per week, so you need not worry that the little ones will have unsupervised access to the pool!
