The one acre Lake Erie waterfront property with Beachfront House & 5 one bedroom Cottages (20 x 20) is exclusively yours for family reunions, small business retreats, leadership retreats, 'man'treats, fishing weekends, yoga retreats, moms' groups, college graduation family celebrations, "Friendsgiving",etc. Guests can access in the large waterfront backyard: BBQ grills (two gas, one charcoal), Patio Kitchen (with full range, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer), Gazebo, fire pits (two)-with firewood provided, multiple seating areas to view the water & sunsets. The terraced deck is accessible from Gazebo & down one flight of stairs. The sandstone deck at the waterfront is accessible down from a second flight of stairs. A sandy beach is located on the east edge of the sandstone deck which allows guests to access the water. The entire beach (110 feet) area is sand and the water depth gradually increases to a depth of 4 feet, 60 feet out into the water, perfect for swimming or using a floatie on the water. All groups are met by the owner or property manager. Plaz Vilka is located 17 minutes away from the East Gate of Cedar Point Amusement Park and 4 miles west of the nautical town of Vermilion, filled with shops & restaurants. On-site parking for your vehicles. At the end of their stay guests are asked to do the following: • Remove all linens from bed(s) used and place in a pillowcase on the floor. Fold blankets/quilts & leave on bed. • Place used towels in a 2nd pillowcase & leave on floor for laundry pick-up. • Clean shower/sink/toilet with bath cleaner spray in base cabinet & paper towels provided. • Empty refrigerator of food & wipe out frig/kitchenette counter/table with kitchen cleaner & paper towels provided. • Please take all trash to bins by garden shed.
