It also has the bonus of a stunning view out to the beach through bi-fold windows which we invariably have open. A balcony on either side of the house allows you to sit out of any breeze and a bricked courtyard at the back of the house is ideal for alfresco dining with a BBQ available for cooking. 2 Kayaks, boogie boards and wet suits are available for the beach.
