Both houses are lovingly furnished with great taste and equipped with central heating. Here you book the smaller house for 4 persons. Domestic equipments:: on the ground floor: - entrance hall (19.50 m²) - guest toilet (2.00 m²) - Kitchen (42.25 m²) with large traditional fireplace and stone oven (decoration only), gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster on the first floor: - a double room (15,75 m²) with double bed (134 cm x 192 cm) - a double room (15,75 m²) with two single beds (each 105 cm x 193 cm) - Living room (15 m²) with satellite TV, sofa bed, terrace - bathroom with bath (3.75 m²) - hallway (10 m²) Total living space: 124 m² Surroundings: In 10-15 minutes you can reach on foot a beautiful river and an idyllic small lake, where you can swim in absolutely clean water or just enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Comment: The prices are calculated as the total price for up to 4 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Any heating costs incurred will be charged according to consumption. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or more. The arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. House rule: - No Smoking - No pets - No parties or events - The check-in time is 16:00 - 22:00.
