Quiet secluded home tucked away at the end of a private road.Our home is surrounded by evergreens in the lovely Catskill mountains.Enjoy 2 Wood burning stoves for those cold winter nights as well as 2 large decks and an outdoor firepit for spring, summer, and fall.The property is embedded into the mountainside surrounded by the forest. You are far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the catskills but still able to have cell reception and wifi to stay connected while you disconnect. You will be welcome to the entire home and 4 acres it resides on. Although we only advertise 2 day notice for rental availability we are open to same day rentals so long as the house is cleaned and ready! That being said feel free to message a request if your looking to make some last minute plans for a break from the road or a last minute getaway. We are typically very fast to respond and really love sharing our cabin! I will almost always be available by phone call, text or email! Margaretville is less then 3 miles from the house ,where you can find the grocery store, restaurants, shops and the hospital. 3 minutes from Scenic train rides, 7 minutes outside of Bellayre ski resort. 15 minutes from Phonecia. 40 minutes from woodstock. You will be surrounded by endless hiking, trout fishing, Breweries,art galleries and many shops! We do not wear shoes inside our home and we ask that you please do the same. We reccomend a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle during the winter months.
