This is a unique and beautiful new property in the heart of Cache Valley that we are so excited to share with our guests! Features include: a comfortable private queen bedroom suite with full attached bathroom; use of third floor theater room; smart tvs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+; access to laundry; off-street parking; and a full home-made breakfast served daily. We'd love to have you as our guests! Yellowstone themed queen bedroom suite featuring comfortable queen bed; private bathroom; fresh, clean linens; cozy towels; smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Prime; access to our third floor theater room; the kindest host; and the best breakfast this side of the Rocky Mountains. A queen air mattress and crib is also available for larger families and groups. We will always be available at check-in and check-out, and can answer any questions you may have at any time. If needed, a house code can be given so you can come and go at your leisure. Guest bedrooms are located on second floor of property. A full breakfast is included. We are located on a fairly large piece of land and the entire property is available for you to explore. Visit the chickens and collect some fresh eggs, say hello to Kevin (our outdoor cat), pick some cherries or raspberries in the summer and some peaches or blackberries in the fall. Let your kids play on the playground, trampoline, and zipline. Enjoy the mountain and valley views from your huge bedroom window, watch the local deer bound through the fields, or just relax and enjoy tranquility and country feel of the back patio. We love hosting and getting to know our guests. We fix a full breakfast every morning at the time of your choosing, where we can visit as much or as little as you'd like. We are 5-10 minutes away from downtown Logan and Utah State University. We are also close to many restaurants, shopping, and theaters. We are very close to all the amenities of city living, but it feels like we're in the country. The best of both worlds and the perfect location for a visit to Cache Valley. A personal vehicle is the best way to get around, but we are one mile from a CVTD bus stop, and biking is doable during the summer months. Off-street parking is available for our guests.
