Enclosed backyard, covered fish cleaning facility, undercover parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for your boat. Boaties will need to bring your own hose to flush out your boat motors. Pillows and thick mink blankets are provided with spare blankets available, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
