All the amenities you require: - Fenced section and deck area for the safety of children. - Full conventional oven and microwave. - Freeview TV, DVD, Fridge/freezer and washing machine. - New bathroom - Outdoor furniture and new BBQ - NO cell reception or WiFi. Ideal for truly "unplugging" and enjoying your stay. Although, cell reception is available at Tata Beach (3 mins drive). 5mins drive to a Convenience Store and the Cafe's / Restaurants at Pohara Beach. 10 - 15 minutes drive to the Northern Boundary of the Abel Tasman National Park or to the supermarket and shopping in Takaka. We have an extensive information folder regarding the bach for your convenience. Special conditions: No Smoking No pets or large gatherings No campervans or caravans to be parked on the property CLEANING: Under New Zealand Holiday Home tradition, upon your departure you are required to, tidy the bach, do the dishes and remove your rubbish.
