The villa is situated less than 1km from the sea, immersed in the WWF wildlife. The area is popular for fans of cycling, being flat is easily walkable, so much so that the house will have bikes! You will be welcomed into a double living room with open plan kitchen, fully equipped with stove with four gas burners, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery good quality, adjacent to the kitchen you will find 1 bathroom (large shower + washing machine) whose door is camouflaged in the big pantry.
