Historic Seymour House in Old Town

Our charming, totally renovated one bedroom apartment is clean, comfortable and convenient. The apartment is within walking distance to 30 restaurants, bars and fantastic shopping; located just 2 blocks from the historic Old Town Walking Mall. Nestled in the center of Historic Winchester Virginia, there are endless possibilities!! The apartment is located in the Historic Seymour House, built in 1776!! This space has the Historic charm, but has been fully renovated: new appliances, new kitchen and new bathroom. The second bed is a pullout sofa in the family room. We even added a pillow top to make it more comfortable! The apartment is at the top of the steps. During normal business hours, we will be in the building to assist you and give you the keys. Should we be out or it is after hours/weekends, we will provide you the combination to the lock box located beside the mailbox and red front door. Parking is free on Washington Street (around the corner). Meters are enforced Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Weekends and holidays are free. We have lived in the Winchester area for 50+ years and consider ourselves experts in all that Winchester and the surrounding area has to offer!! We do like to dine out and hike and can suggest some great places! The Historic charm and accessibility to great restaurants, bars, and shopping is unmatched!! A clean, safe and quite neighborhood! Almost everything is within walking distance, parking is free, right outside of building! Winchester Virginia, enough said!!! Winchester itself boasts incredible history, shopping, restaurants, bars and outdoor activities! Winchester is just a 40 minute drive from skyline drive and a plethora of spectacular hikes, 20 minutes from the Shenandoah river, and only an hour to Washington DC!
