Beautiful waterfront family home with a large deck and living space. Fish right off the deck and boat dock. Bring your boat and enjoy days of bass, crappie and catfish fishing. There is 1 pullout single size sofa bed and 2 long sofas in the living room. In addition, a medium size sofa located in the master room. House fits 6 comfortably, with 8 guests max. You will have access to everything in the house except the garage and locked cabinets and closet. Please make yourself at home. Treat my home as you would your own. Our home is located in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood, with occasional noise from the boat and jet ski riders passing through the keys into the lake. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, this is it! Home is nearby a convenience store, just less than 2 miles away. - We have outdoor security cameras by the front porch and side yards. - This is a town where a lot neighbors are retired, including a few that are around the home. Quiet hours are between 9pm - 8am. Please respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down.
