It is designed for families and quiet groups of all kinds, but is NOT suitable for partying. All noise must be contained after 11.00pm [23.00] and until 7.00am. The location, just 15 minutes from both the international and domestic airports, is ideal for travellers. Bedding is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed plus one single beds in the second bedroom, with a further single mattress and bedding available if needed. A portable cot is also available if needed. Cooking facilities include microwave, induction cooktop, pizza oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and BBQ. BY THE BAY is a TOTALLY SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
