IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT YOU ARE FULLY VACCINATED BEFORE STAYING AT SERENITY ESTATE Serenity Estate is situated on Comerong Island, just a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney and a quick 3 minute crossing by ferry to the island. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind, look no further. The Estate boasts lagoon glimpses and views of Coolangatta Mountain. It's a short walk to Seven Mile Beach or take a walk through the rainforest to the Breakwater Walking track at the southern tip of the island. There's plenty of things to do. In the summer you can enjoy a walk to the beach, fishing or lounge around by the in-ground swimming pool. When the weather is cooler, cosy up by the fire with a glass of wine, BBQ a steak while watching the sun go down and enjoy the peace and quiet. Being near a nature reserve, you may get an opportunity and spot the resident swamp wallabies, echidnas and possums, as well as an abundance of native birds. The chooks and ducks always like a feed and chat. The neighbors miniature ponies visit the back paddock to keep the grass down The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen and although joined to the main house, is completely private with its own separate entry. There is a comfortable double bed and ensuite as well as a large living space with dining area, breakfast bar and woodfire.
