Character Cottage in Conservation Area
Button Cottage is a characterful Grade II Listed cottage in a popular conservation area in the village of Tintinhull. There are a host of original features with a large woodburning stove and original flagstone floor. The two double bedrooms are surprisingly large and airy, both with lovely iron beds. The whole property is newly renovated with a stylish kitchen with dining area and pretty back garden with patio. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is a modern grey shaker style with a farmhouse table and seating for four at one end. There's an integrated washing machine and fridge freezer and all the bits and bobs you'll need for all your culinary needs. The rear garden has a patio area for outside dining and a small lawn area. It overlooks the neighbouring gardens and fields. There's a barrel bbq for your use, but you will need to bring charcoal. Parking is on the lane at the front of the cottage. The stairs are original and because this is a listed building cannot be altered. As such, they are narrow and steep. There are handrails on both sides, but care should be taken. Also, the bedroom doors upstairs open straight onto the stairs, so this property may not be suitable for everyone.
